Yummmmmmmmmmm.... *wipes drool from keyboard*
Okay, you need to add this as a link at the top of your page. This way I..sorry.. you can find it easily. Found out on Wednesday I am now diabetic, grrrr. I blame all my woes on the 60lbs I gained when I quit smoking 2 years ago. Now I have to graze all day (healthy), I don't have time to eat healthy all day. :-( I guess I have no choice. Keep creating those low cal dishes and you will have my eternal gratitude... or at least until I can drop this weight and don't have to take pills for this blood sugar thing.

Love the Kitty Kat Dance BTW, I sing it to my kitty all the time. Cat, I'm a Kitty Cat and I dance dance dance.

Thanks, I'm glad you find this recipe collection post usefull. :)

Sorry to hear you have diabetes. I will keep posting low cal/low fat/low sugar recipes. Eating healthier is making a big difference for my husband and I.

I love that link too. lol Sometimes my husband changes the words to dog and sings it to Vicki.

I was just in here the other day looking for my shortbread recipe. I'll have to edit it with a recipe I found for the cookie press. It's funny because I was thinking of you as I looked over your old comment and smiled. I do know the recipe you're talking about. I don't have it typed up though. I'll go through my cookbooks and FB message it to you... hopefully within a day.

EDIT: I must have sent you two recipes! I am remembering something else, but I think you're looking for the Butterscotch Confetti. That I do have at my fingertips!

the funny thing is, after i clicked "post" it popped into my head - i remembered where the recipes were! i have them here now, but the one on the paper i made was the peanut butter nanaimo bars... mmm but i do remember making some sort of dessert that had peanut butter and marshmallows in it as well. it was so sweet you could only eat a small bit... but it tasted soooo good! could have sworn i got the recipe from you! else it was in that cook book you gave me....... maybe i'll have a peak in that!
i know your busy though, so i appreciate you taking time to reply to this!

YES! that is it! butterscotch confetti! mmmmmmmm
i got the book out and i don't think it was in it. you did send two recipes on paper though, the other recipe was for hazelnut chocolate chip bars. i might make those too!
but the confetti along with the nanaimo bars were sooooooooo good! it's just a pity that it'll just be simon and i. i'm sure he won't have a problem devouring them though.
thanks again for the help! i'm going to get the ingredients asap and make them this weekend! :D
