Banana Cake



This cake is very post worthy. ^__^ It is wonderfully moist. It didn’t remind me of banana bread at all. Some recipes suggest you use a cream cheese frosting, but I made a banana-y frosting. The cake is topped off with chopped pecans.

( It was worth the wait ;) )
