I always say that if saw someone from America's Most Wanted or something like that, I'd never recognize them. Or I'd make a very bad witness because I'd never be able to explain what a person looks like.

But...

You'd think people in the office would have some sort of vague idea of how I've worn my hair in the last 4 years. From bun to braid - long to short. Why would anyone think I grew it when I chopped off a foot and a half?

hehe... thats pretty sad... my co-workers don't believe me when I tell them how long my hair is and I've been growing out for about 8 years now. course some of my older classmates from school think I'm still in highschool ?

I think I said "Huh?" And then he said it again. I said that I cut my hair, then motioned with my hands about a foot and half apart and said "I cut this much off." (Which is more than what's left. lol)

Thanks for the compliment on my journal. :) I just changed it yesterday. I was reading lj's homepage and they mentioned a new journal style that is open for paid and plus accounts. The plus accounts have limited choices in this particular style, but I still quite like it. The only thing I noticed is that I can't navigate to the next entry or previous entry; I have to go back to my recent entries page, then scroll back to the entry link I want.

I am getting excited about the cottage! We leave on the morning of the 4th. I'm working a midnight shift tonight so tomorrow afternoon I will have to get everything ready. I hope the weather is nice!

People are oh so observant, aren't they? On Wednesday a woman at my office, who has seen me everyday for the past 3 weeks, came up to me and said, "You just cut your hair! It looks great!" Of course, I cut my hair 3 weeks ago... better late than never, I suppose.
