My Computer

I was farting around with stuff on my computer... going through all the old programs I have, but hadn't reinstalled yet. I was trying to get back some extensions for FireFox, and then decided to install the latest version 2.0. Well, it's a shame that some of the old extensions don't work with the new FF 2.0, but my husband discovered that one of the extensions is now built-in. The session saver - I love this feature and am thrilled to have it back. It took awhile, trying to install older versions of FF and the different extensions. There are a few cool things I like about this version. The built-in spell check is pretty fuckin' sweet!

I'm sure there are still other programs I need to install... I keep finding more and more stuff. The next thing I have to do is take off the log-in for Windows. Hubby can't remember how, so I'll have to look it up. I am the only one who uses this computer, so the log-in screen is annoying.

And I discovered that my right speaker is blown. This is so sad. :( They aren't even very old.

I got a new icon too! I was looking at the latest pictures uploaded to LJ page hoping to find some Christmas icons, and I found this guy. It reminds me so much of what my job is now that I am no longer on the watch. Actually, I don't even do that much work. lol

OK, time to get some stuff done before bed. Good night!

Yeah, I remember the episode. When I finish work tomorrow I won't have to find a replacement like Homer did. :P

I think my car speakers are blown... I'm glad my computer speakers aren't blown... I have plug in ones as well that I stole from my parents 98 gateway that died on us probably 3 or 4 years ago. I like your new icon its funny.

I'm sorry to hear about what happened to your right speaker. :(. But I hope that it can be either fixed or replaced.
