This guy is one sick fuck. I heard bits of it on the radio on my way home from work. The bits I heard were how he tortured these women by repeatedly kicking them in the vagina with work boots on, clipping electrical aligator clips to their privates, and whipping them. This low life had 70 video tapes in his home that showed him torturing women and children. Gah, 7 years is not enough!!

No, seven years is not enough. I always wonder how they justify the amount of time to the actual crime committed. It always seems like they are way off to either extreme.
