I made these last week, and haven't gotten a chance to type out the recipe until tonight. Enjoy!
Baby Barbeque Ribs

This is my preferred method of cooking ribs. I can’t get enough of the barbeque sauce, so I usually double the recipe. This goes well over a bed of white rice. You can also make the ribs in a slow cooker instead of the oven. The picture shown was actually taken of the leftovers we ate for lunch the next day. That's why it looks a little mixed with the rice. These heat up great in the microwave.
INGREDIENTS
DIRECTIONS
Mix the flour with salt and pepper to taste and accent (oregano, basil, etc) if desired. Dredge the ribs in the flour. Fry the ribs in oil till brown.
In a fry pan, brown the onion in the butter. Add remaining ingredients to a roast pan (with lid). Add onion to the roast pan and stir. Then add the ribs and stir to coat.
Put the roast pan in the oven with the lid on for 15 minutes at 400°F. After 15 minutes, turn the oven down to 325°F and let the ribs simmer in the sauce for an hour. Stir the ribs every half hour or so.
This makes enough sauce to nicely coat a side dish of white rice.

INGREDIENTS
- 2 1/2 – 3 pounds of pork ribs
1 cups flour
salt
black pepper
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
1 medium sized onion, diced
2 tablespoons butter
2 tablespoons vinegar
2 tablespoons brown sugar
1/2 cup water
4 tablespoons lemon juice
1 cup ketchup
1/2 cup chopped fresh parsley (or 2 tablespoon dry)
1/2 tablespoon prepared mustard
3 tablespoons worcestershire sauce
