It's beginning to look a lot like Christmas

This is Munchie's third Christmas. He always gets into the holiday spirit. When he's not wrestling Binka inside the Christmas tree, he likes to help me wrap gifts.

They're soft paws... little nail caps so he doesn't claw the furniture [any more].

Thankfully, I've never had a cat that attacked people. lol Munchie does spook easily though, and sometimes he'll claw the crap out of you if he hears a loud noise. I thought my husband's face would scar that one time. :/ He still has back claws, so if he tries to leave your lap quickly, he might dig into your skin. But no, he can't claw you with his front paws. They're soft... ask the dog. lol

lol i always hated cats because of the scratching.. i've had one cat scratch too many! myself and my ex had a kitten .. his name was kerry and he used to claw the crap out of everything.. especially the curtains. he kept kerry when we split up. i wonder how he is now.. when we had him he got hit by a car and shattered his pelvis.. we nick named him hobbles cos he walked funny since then. poor thing.. he was only a kitty

omg you use softpaws! my mom just moved to the city and had to put soft paws on her cat cause she kept scratching the rugs and new leather chair! hers are purple lol very cute kitty!

You put a drop of glue in the nail cap, then spread the cat's paw and slip it over the nail. It's a lot easier to do with 2 people. I might be able to Binka alone, but I doubt I'd have much luck with Munchie. My husband is against declawing, so these are the perfect solution.

lol That's cute. We don't put anything on the lower branches because Munchie likes to sleep in there. The cats fight in the tree. It's crazy. They take down the ornaments too, but they're not that good at it. lol

I wouldn't say that! lol To better explain the photo, I was looking down on the cats. Munchie curled up to look at me, but he was still in his "fight pose" with Binka. If you look at the branches on the tree, you can see they are pointing down. :)

He actually started ripping open a gift for my mother. I had to tape it up again. lol He likes the ribbons, but if I give him his own piece it's not as fun. Last year I taped some to the table for him, but he kept going after the gifts.
